Housed in the unique Compass Rose Lodge, HALO features a 16-inch aperture Ritchey-Chretien-style telescope designed with hyperbolic shaped mirrors like the Hubble Space Telescope. Visitors can gaze a distant star clusters, galaxies, and nebulae with minimal light pollution. Smaller, 8-inch telescopes are also available for use on the grounds.
