Bright Star is a heartfelt and uplifting musical inspired by a true story, set in the American South during the 1920s and 1940s. When literary editor Alice Murphy meets a young soldier returning from World War II, their lives become intertwined in unexpected ways. Featuring a soaring, bluegrass‑infused score by Steve Martin and Edie Brickell, Bright Star takes audiences on an unforgettable journey of love, hope, and the power of finding your own path.
