The pavilion at this park can be reserved from April 15 until October 15 between the hours of 8 a.m. until 9 p.m. The reservation guarantees use of the pavilion and restrooms not the other amenities. There is a $75 required fee for a city resident to reserve the pavilion; if the pavilion is left clean $25 will be refunded. Nonresidents pay $100 required fee with a $25 refund.
